In order to grow responsibily, there must be a solid Marketing Plan and most importantly, a marketing program. I assist my clients every November with creating a comprehensive plan & program for the following year. A Marketing Program is comprehensive and details the diverse trio of marketing targets (Route-Digital-Groups), the budget and specific campaigns, events and resources that will go into the monthly marketing. With properly trained marketing representatives and good management systems, progress is tracked regularly and adjustments are made. It is crucial that growth not depend on “trying” various marketing tactics, without having an overall strategy and particular actions, activites and attitudes that relate to each group on the marketing target list. When done properly, you will find those peaks and valleys flatten drastically and resposible growth is achievable.
